本艇为全玻璃钢结构、用模具整体成型的单板结构舷外推进的高速艇。设计乘员定额为6人。本艇采用舷内外机推进，配置75AET55.2Kw舷外机1台，燃油箱100升1个，置于2#肋骨与4#肋骨左舷。起动蓄电池采用电压12V，电容为80Ah×2块，置于2#肋位与3#肋位右舷。本艇采用的舷外机是电启动前操式的。由驾驶台直接操纵发动机油门和舷内外机的转动以及推进器的转向，以达到自由、安全、可靠的使艇前进、倒退和艇体的转向。驾驶台上配有必要的操纵仪表和发动机的仪表。在使用功率下航速可达40Km/h。
