本艇为全玻璃钢结构、用模具整体成型的单板结构舷外推进的高速艇。稳性、抗沉性符合本规范对遮蔽航区的航行要求。设计乘员定额为27人。本艇采用舷内外机推进，配置ME270STIL95Kw舷内外机2台，燃油箱240升2个，置于4#～6#肋位左右舷之间。起动蓄电池采用电压12V，容量为105Ah×4块，置于0＃～3＃肋位左右舷。4＃～5＃肋位设置KDE6500TA3(陕西威凯)发电机组1套。输出功率5Kw。本艇采用的舷内外机电启动前操式。由驾驶台直接操纵发动机油门和舷内外机的转动以及推进器的转向，以达到自由、安全、可靠的使艇前进、倒退和艇体的转向。驾驶台上配有必要的操纵仪表和发动机的仪表。在使用功率下航速可达35Km/h。
